Founded in 1900, the Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) – formerly known as the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) – is a non-profit trade organization that represents approximately 4,500 retail dealerships that are directly focused on the sale and service of agricultural, construction, industrial, forestry, outdoor power, lawn and garden, and/or turf equipment.
From our modest beginnings as the National Federation of Retail Implement & Vehicle Dealers’ Association, we have served equipment dealers for more than 100 years because we never forget whom we serve – our dealers. We are committed to building the best business environment for equipment dealers. This commitment is at the heart of everything we do.
We are the unified voice representing the interests and needs of equipment dealers with manufacturers and government officials to promote and enhanced dealer-manufacturer relationship and to advocate for a positive legislative and regulatory environment. Working on behalf of our members, our efforts enable meaningful, productive collaborations that promote the ongoing success and growth of our industry.
Headquartered in St. Louis, we are honored to serve our members throughout North America in this prestigious industry to fulfill our mission:
To provide essential value to our members by enhancing the dealer-manufacturer relationship and advocating for a positive legislative and regulatory environment.
