ST. LOUIS, MO – (October 1, 2019) – The Equipment Dealers Association, in cooperation with United Equipment Dealers Association, will be showcasing an exciting tool for equipment dealers at this year’s GIE+EXPO. The online outdoor power equipment flat rate guide is interactive and provides dealers with a platform to find and report OPE flat rate repair times with more accurate information than what is currently available from OEMs.
With this information, dealers can increase their productivity and profits and improve customer relations. The new system, developed in partnership with and powered by Charter Software, Inc., and with data incorporated in conjunction with Bob Clements International, includes an API that will work with most Dealer Management Software Systems.
EDA and UEDA will share booth space at GIE+EXPO in the Dealer Resource Center. Throughout the show, Charter Software will be presenting live, on-demand demonstrations of the OPE FRG. Attendees can purchase their annual subscription, which includes logins for up to 4 users, for a SHOW SPECIAL price of $499 (association members) or $699 (non-members). Regular pricing is $599 for association members and $999 for non-members. Representatives from EDA, UEDA and Charter will be present to answer questions
