EDF Creates Complimentary Promo Tools for Dealers

Recently the Equipment Dealers Foundation launched a nationwide initiative designed to increase awareness and change perceptions of careers in the equipment industry.

We are specifically looking to familiarize the parents and educators of middle and early high school students about the advantages of a career as an equipment technician.  This digital campaign is set to reach our target audience in cities of less than 250,000 people and in areas within roughly 30 miles of equipment dealers through the U.S. and Canada. When people engage with our ads, they are prompted to download either a student/parent or teacher resource kit with more information about the career.

It was important to us when developing this campaign that we provide equipment dealers the ability to share our message within their local communities and use this opportunity to complement current recruitment initiatives. As such, we’ve created a Dealer Media Kit, a comprehensive toolkit of advertising collateral that dealers can use absolutely free.  With these customizable materials dealers can place ads in their local media, compounding the efforts of EDF and supporting their own recruitment efforts. Please note if your dealership does not have the capability to customize these materials in-house, the firm that created them is happy to help for a small fee.  Participation in this is certainly not required or expected, but we hope you’ll find value in incorporating some of the materials into your advertising plan.
