Rominger has 34 years of experience in equipment dealer association management, with the past 17 years serving in the capacity of CEO of regional equipment dealer associations. He has extensive experience with dealer-manufacturer relations, having served on the EDA Industry Relations Task Force since 2012. In addition to his new responsibilities at EDA, Kim will continue to serve as the Executive Vice President/CEO of the United Equipment Dealers Association (UEDA). He earned a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Indiana State University and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Michael "Mike" Williams
Michael "Mike" Williams
Michael Williams serves as Vice President of Operations at the Equipment Dealers Association where he manages all facets of the organization’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the association, Mike served as the chief policy advisor for the Illinois Department of Agriculture. In that position, he directed, coordinated and reviewed department programs and was responsible for the Department’s legislative activities. He has also held numerous management positions with financial and agricultural organizations including Bank One, Illinois Farm Bureau, and United Community Bank.
Mike earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois. His course of study emphasized ruminant animal nutrition and pre-veterinary studies. A resident of St. Louis, Williams grew up on a family grain and livestock farm located in Sangamon County near Pawnee, Illinois, which is still in operation today.
VP GOVERNMENT RELATIONS & GENERAL COUNSEL
Natalie Higgins is the Vice President of Government Relations and General Counsel. In her role as Vice President of Government Relations, Natalie tracks key legislation affecting equipment dealers and lobbies on behalf of the association individually and as a member of various coalitions and industry partnerships. In her role as General Counsel, Natalie is the first point of contact for members through EDA’s Legal Resources Hotline. Natalie brings significant value to EDA members by connecting them with the information and/or legal talent needed to effectively run their businesses.
Prior to joining the Equipment Dealers Association, Natalie practiced labor and employment law at a civil litigation firm in St. Louis, MO where she represented municipal, non-profit, and for-profit employers in all phases of litigation. A graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and the University of Missouri, Columbia, Natalie is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois.
VP INDUSTRY RELATIONS
Vice President of Industry Relations, Joe Dykes first joined the EDA staff in May 2008 as Director, Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) Programs in addition to being the Executive Vice President of the Mississippi Valley Equipment Association (MVEA), a position he held since 1990.
With the dissolutions of the MVEA in 2011, Joe was appointed Director, Member Services for NAEDA where he developed programs, products, and services that supported EDA’s purpose and provided equipment dealers with valuable business and professional development opportunities. He also serves as the staff contact to the OPE Council.
Joe oversees these functions while seeking additional opportunities to leverage existing programs such as the Compensation & Benefits Report and the Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey and develop new products.
In addition, Joe serves as liaison to EDA’s industry partners where he works to expand the services that are provided to OPE dealers. He monitors activities and coordinates meetings with OPE manufacturers to encourage productive and mutually beneficial relationships. Joe’s knowledge of the industry and his relationship with members and manufacturers are a tremendous asset in expanding EDA’s service to all dealers.
As the Coordinator of Operations for EDA, Doug Kreienkamp acts as a “jack of all trades” lending a hand to anyone who needs his knowledge and experience. Doug assists with member services initiatives, accounting and payroll, building operations and maintenance as well as member communications. Doug is a St. Louis native and joined EDA in 1996 after working for the American Soybean Association for over a decade.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING
Alexandra Hoffman is the Director of Communications & Marketing for the Equipment Dealers Association. In this role, Alex’s primary responsibilities include building and maintaining a consistent EDA brand; marketing EDA’s membership, programs and services; and promoting EDA at tradeshows and other industry events throughout the year. Additionally, Alex will oversee the EDA communication platforms which include the website, e-newsletter, press releases and advertising.
Alex joined the team in April 2016 after spending four and a half years working for a real estate development and management company in Columbia, MO, where her duties included market analysis, communications and tenant recruitment/retention. Prior to that position, Alex worked in sales and marketing for the St. Louis Rams. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
